Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled
.NET Production Support Engineer
with strong expertise in
Dynatrace monitoring
and
SQL Database Administration (DBA) . The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and reliability of production applications, while proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Key Responsibilities
Provide production support for .NET applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Monitor application health and performance using
Dynatrace ; analyze logs, metrics, and traces to identify root causes.
Perform
SQL DBA activities
including database monitoring, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with development teams to resolve application defects and optimize performance.
Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and automation to reduce downtime.
Participate in incident management, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews.
Document support processes, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Dev, QA, Infra, Cloud Ops) to ensure smooth production operations.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands‑on experience in
.NET application support
(C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API).
Proven expertise with
Dynatrace
(configuration, dashboards, alerts, troubleshooting).
Solid background in
SQL Server DBA
(queries, stored procedures, indexing, optimization, backups).
Experience in
incident management
and working in
24x7 production environments .
Knowledge of
Windows Server environments
and IIS.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to
cloud environments
(Azure/AWS) for application hosting and monitoring.
Familiarity with
ITIL processes
(incident, change, problem management).
Experience with
automation tools
for monitoring and support.
