Shift Leader: Guest Experience & Team Coach

Workstream is seeking Shift Leaders for Dunkin' in Benton Charter Township, Michigan. Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience and be fluent in English. Shift Leaders will coach Crew Members, ensure the restaurant meets Brand standards, and create a guest-first culture. Responsibilities include managing cash flow and training staff.
