The NP/PA provides healthcare in critical care settings, including surgical and medical ICUs. The NP/PA has didactic education, clinical competency and national certification in identified area of clinical practice. The NP/PA demonstrates medical knowledge, clinical judgment, technical competence, professionalism, interpersonal communication skills, timely and compliant documentation, and is responsible for professional development and competency validation. The NP/PA has an advanced knowledge of nursing theory and application..**Position Hours*** Nights* 3 Shifts Per WeekWe are looking for experienced APPs who are comfortable working independently and willing to build bridges as we develop relationships with new teams. Our regional hospital ICUs have between 10-14 ICU beds. They serve a mixed patient population, with the majority of patients being medical.
