
Product Analyst

What You’ll Do:
Data Reporting and Analysis
– Own recurring and ad hoc reporting related to product performance, operational metrics, and customer usage. Use Excel and SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders in ways that inform product and operational decisions. Data will primarily be pulled from our data warehouse, Snowflake, and reported through spreadsheets, slide decks, or visuals in our BI tool (Sigma).
Improve Operational Processes
– Use data to identify inefficiencies or gaps in internal processes. Contribute to the development of workflows that support product launches, issue identification, ongoing product health and operational readiness. Support automation opportunities when identified.
Build Operational Tools and Dashboards
– Create spreadsheets, reporting templates, and dashboards that provide visibility into product and operational performance.
Collaborative Insights Sharing
– Communicate insights and patterns from data to internal teams in a way that is understandable to both technical and non‑technical audiences. Build relationships with partners in Product, Engineering, Operations, and Finance to ensure shared understanding and alignment around findings.
Issue Investigation
– Analyze product‑related data to understand trends, identify root causes, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
Be a great communicator - work well with customers and internal teams. Have proven written, verbal and listening skills to help solve complex problems using tact, common courtesy, persuasion and discretion.
Develop subject matter knowledge in Messaging products and the supporting ecosystem.
Contribute to internal and external knowledge management with a focus on documentation for data workflows, reporting processes, and analysis methods.

Knowledge :
Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formula building, and data manipulation
Proficiency in SQL, including querying, filtering, joining, and aggregating data
Ability to transform raw data into insights and presentations that support operational and product decisions
Strong skills in spreadsheets, documentation, and presentation building
Ability to work with high accuracy in a fast‑paced environment while managing multiple tasks
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Critical thinker with a solution‑oriented approach
Strong written communication skills with the ability to clearly summarize data findings, including the ability to adapt based on audience
Ability to build positive working relationships across teams
