
Senior Analyst - Cash Reconciliations

Position Summary
The Senior Analyst, Cash Reconciliations is an experienced individual contributor responsible for reviewing complex cash and bank account reconciliations and partnering with multiple business units to investigate and resolve discrepancies. This role requires strong accounting judgment, analytical skills, and the ability to independently drive issue resolution while supporting a strong control environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and certify cash and bank account reconciliations in accordance with close schedules and internal control requirements
Investigate reconciling items by analyzing bank activity, general ledger transactions, and supporting documentation
Partner with Treasury, Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, and other business units to resolve discrepancies and clear aged items
Apply accounting judgment to determine appropriate resolution of reconciling items, including required adjustments or escalations
Ensure reconciliations are complete, accurate, and audit‑ready with appropriate supporting documentation
Identify recurring issues, control gaps, or process improvement opportunities and communicate recommendations
Support month‑end close activities, audit requests, and governance initiatives related to cash and banking
Required Qualifications
3+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with direct experience in cash or bank reconciliations
Experience working with large financial systems and reconciliation tools (e.g., BlackLine, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience, with direct experience in cash or bank reconciliations
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and month‑end close
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate across teams
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
