Program Manager | On-site role |

10–15+ years of experience in program/project management, with a focus on Finance and ERP implementations.

Proven track record managing large-scale ERP programs ( Oracle preferred , SAP acceptable).

Strong understanding of finance operations (AP, AR, Atoning); FP&A experience not required.

Experience managing multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors/consultants.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Understanding of change management principles and ability to drive adoption.

Must have experience in medical device and regulated environments.
