Pool Facilitators (Part-Time/Seasonal)
Location: Yavapai Hills (Prescott, AZ)
HOAMCO is looking for three Part‑Time Pool Facilitators for evenings and weekends in Yavapai Hills, Prescott. The role requires friendly, professional, independent individuals with excellent customer service skills.
Hours
Monday to Friday: 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Saturday & Sunday: 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm
Holidays when the HOA office is closed
Qualifications
Ability to learn quickly
Ability to work well independently
Basic administrative skills
Computer knowledge
Job Duties
Greet and assist residents with liability waivers, pool cards, and guest sign‑ins
Collect cash or check payments
Inspect facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness
Ensure all pool guests follow the posted rules and regulations
Document any issues with guests for office follow‑up
Ensure the pool is vacated at closing
Arrange pool furniture for the next day
Perform occasional office tasks as requested by the Community Manager
Employment is contingent on passing a background check and drug screen test.
