The Role
We are looking for a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Sales and Marketing teams. As the first line of communication with prospects, you’ll have a strong understanding of the sales process, excel at researching leads and bringing in high quality opportunities. You should be a quick learner with strong communication skills, and have the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. You thrive in a fast-growth startup environment where you can work autonomously. You will be critical in educating customers on our products and building relationships.

In this role, you will:

Own outbound prospecting

Work with sales and marketing to optimize pipeline creation and efficient lead handoff

Articulate FMG’s value to potential prospects via various outlets, including phone, online and in person

Build effective outreach strategies, leveraging content, webinars, events, and press to drive engagement

Use internal and external resources to generate new leads while tracking all outreach meticulously

Draft multi touch outreach plans and messaging sequences

Research potential targets, size market opportunities, and drive analyses for outbound

Own inbound lead communication

Craft a great first impression for our prospects by adding value to every customer touchpoint
