The Senior FP&A Analyst owns budgeting, forecasting,financial modeling, monthly close analysis, and performance management. Thisrole leads multiple workstreams, partners with functional leaders, providesactionable insights, and drives end-to-end ownership in a fast-pacedenvironment.
Requirements
Responsibilities
Leadannual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning.
Ownmonthly close analysis and deliver variance insights with clear businessdrivers.
Buildand maintain financial models for revenue, cost, and profitabilityscenarios.
Developand enhance dashboards, KPIs, and standardized reporting frameworks.
Partnerwith department leaders to translate operational initiatives intofinancial impact.
Identifyrisks/opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
Independentlymanage multiple concurrent projects under tight timelines.
Handlerecurring reporting and frequent ad-hoc, ambiguous business questions.
Driveprocess automation and continuous improvements to reporting efficiency anddata quality.
Prepareexecutive-level presentations and decision support materials.
Providecoaching, mentoring, and review of junior analysts’ work.
KoreaHQ communication and reporting support:
Serveas the primary finance point of contact between U.S. operations and Koreaheadquarters for assigned areas.
Communicatebusiness performance, financial results, and key variances to HQ leaders.
Prepareand deliver executive-level financial reports, forecasts, and strategicanalyses to HQ.
Alignfinancial assumptions, targets, and planning direction with global/HQguidelines.
Leadad-hoc analyses and reporting requests from headquarters with ownershipand accountability.
Translatelocal operational performance into clear financial narratives for HQmanagement.
Qualifications
Bachelor’sdegree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.
5–7years of FP&A, finance, consulting, or corporate planning experience.
AdvancedExcel and financial modeling skills.
Provenability to independently own projects from start to finish.
Experiencepresenting insights to management.
Abilityto manage high workloads and multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Experienceworking in Korean or global HQ-driven organizations (preferred).
F&B,retail, or franchise experience (preferred).

Compensation
