Key Clinical Contributions
Deliver individual and group therapy for PTSD, critical incident stress, compassion fatigue, and substance use.
Provide proactive and reactive support, including routine care and immediate crisis intervention during high‑stress periods.
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop precise, evidence‑based treatment plans.
Utilize both virtual (telehealth) and scheduled on‑site engagement to optimize accessibility.
Qualifications
Master’s or Doctorate in a mental health discipline.
Current, Independent Licensure in the state of practice (non‑negotiable).
Minimum of 2 years post‑licensure experience providing direct clinical care.
History of working with military, first‑responder, or other high‑acuity/trauma populations.
Specialized training or certification in trauma‑focused therapies (e.g., EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy).
Ready to operate with a high degree of independence and clinical excellence as a 1099 contractor.
