We are constantly growing and now seeking a full-time, part-time, or per diem Home Health Speech Therapist in the Santa Maria – Lompoc – Santa Ynez Valley territory.
Our therapist delivers high quality care to patients in their own home environment, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to address all the patient’s needs, developing relationships, and ensuring continuity of care. This field requires organization and the ability to work independently, managing your own caseload and creating your own work schedule.
Job Requirements
Current California SLP license
CPR certified
Reliable vehicle to drive for work with current driver’s license and clean driving record
Auto insurance coverage
Home Health experience is a plus

This position is paid by the visit. Compensation for routine visits ranges from $67.00-$79.00 per visit; evaluations range from $90.00-$104.00 per visit; and admissions range from $167.50-$197.50 per visit. Actual pay rates vary depending on factors including type of visit, type of experience, location, and years of experience.
