Product Management Advisor-3

Overview
Successful candidates must demonstrate thought leadership and orchestrate development of solutions that meet market needs for Aerospace vertical. Must be a cross-regional, cross-functional orchestrator to deliver outcomes using current ops assets and to innovate what's next. Under limited supervision, leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.

Essential Functions

Expertise and experience in managing projects to develop and to launch logistics solutions across the US Southern Border (MX-US). Local market knowledge and business relationships in the MX / LAC is an asset.

Successful candidates must demonstrate thought leadership and orchestrate development of solutions that meet market needs for Aerospace vertical.

Must be a cross-regional, cross-functional orchestrator to deliver outcomes using current ops assets and to innovate what's next.

Leads development and implementation of marketing, sales and all other activities, as needed, to achieve the necessary business outcomes. Independently lead needed market, economic and competitive evaluations that affect product performance.

Performs fact based data analysis and interpretation to identify critical business insights.

Leads completion of needed advanced data models and analytics.

Identifies and prioritizes new features, including market analysis, business case development and driving prioritization.

Leads and executes complex new product development initiatives across large, cross-functional work teams.

Actively coaches others in less senior positions.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education
Bachelor’s Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.

Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent. More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master’s Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis. Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills. Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills. Strong project management and project management leadership experience.

Pay
Memphis range: $7,488.36 per month – $12,355.79 per month. Miami range: $7,882.48 per month – $13,006.09 per month. Pittsburgh range: $7,882.48 per month – $13,006.09 per month. Plano range: $7,882.48 per month – $13,006.09 per month.

Location & Hybrid Requirement
This position is hybrid in Memphis, TN, Miami, FL, Pittsburgh, PA, or Plano, TX. Candidates must live within a 50 mile radius and attend a FedEx campus location four times per week.
