About Our Family
We are a dynamic and energetic family with two daughters, ages 12 and 10, who are looking for someone to step into a big sister role—someone who will truly engage with them, support their unique interests, and help keep their lives organized and fun. Our girls are full of energy, with a passion for activities like volleyball, soccer, dance, horseback riding, and swimming. We want someone who can bring positivity and excitement into their day, helping them navigate their schoolwork, after‑school activities, and daily routines with enthusiasm.
Our home is lively, constant activity, with two mini golden doodles. We travel often, and need someone who can seamlessly care for the dogs, manage household tasks, and keep everything running smoothly while we’re away.
Both parents work from home and run their own businesses, so the home can get quite busy. We value a calm, organized, and communicative environment where everything—from the kids’ routines to household logistics—runs without a hitch. We’re looking for someone proactive, anticipatory, and able to balance engaging with the kids with managing household responsibilities—light meal prep, laundry, pet care, scheduling, etc.—to ensure a stable, trustworthy presence that makes our home function smoothly every day.
Who You Are / What We’re Looking For
We seek a kind, energetic, funny, patient, proactive, and trustworthy House Manager & Family Assistant who can be an extension of our family. The ideal candidate loves working with children and is eager to act as a big sister, entertaining and organizing the girls’ days. This role involves both fun and responsibility—taking the girls to horseback riding practice, swimming activities, or simply ensuring their day‑to‑day runs smoothly. You’ll be a self‑starter who can think critically, manage tasks with minimal supervision, and maintain a positive, communicative, anticipatory approach. Experience with similar families is preferred, as is a reliable vehicle for school pick‑ups and errands, and the ability to assist with occasional travel.
