Managed Care Credentialing Auditor (Hybrid) - FPP Physicians Network

* Conducts credentialing audits to ensure compliance with internal policies, state regulations, contractual requirements, and NCQA standards.* Acts as a liaison between WashU Managed Care Credentialing and its 40+ Managed Care Payors, fostering strong relationships and open communication channels.* Maintains accurate and organized records of audit findings, reports, and other relevant documentation.* Evaluates credentialing processes and internal controls to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.* Stays up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices to ensure audit processes are aligned with current standards.* Communicates audit results and recommendations in a clear and professional manner to the Manager of Managed Care Credentialing.* Provides guidance and support to credentialing staff on compliance and quality improvement initiatives.* Performs other duties as assigned.* Up to 22 days of vacation, 10 recognized holidays, and sick time.* Competitive health insurance packages with priority appointments and lower copays/coinsurance.* Take advantage of our free Metro transit U-Pass for eligible employees.* WashU provides eligible employees with a defined contribution (403(b)) Retirement Savings Plan, which combines employee contributions and university contributions starting at 7%.* WashU covers the cost of tuition for you and your family, including dependent undergraduate-level college tuition up to 100% at WashU and 40% elsewhere after seven years with us.Washington University in St. Louis' collective success is significantly attributed to the passion and outstanding efforts of our community.
