Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a hands‑on leadership style, exceptional organizational skills, and strong proficiency with OPERA CLOUD PMS.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the General Manager in overseeing all operational departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance.
Ensure exceptional guest service is delivered consistently across all departments.
Monitor and support daily hotel functions, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Utilize OPERA CLOUD PMS for managing reservations, guest services, reporting, and daily audits.
Train, coach, and motivate staff to meet performance and service expectations.
Help manage hotel budget, monitor expenses, and support revenue management strategies.
Act as the property leader in the absence of the General Manager.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and internal policies.
Assist in preparing reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
Qualifications
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN CBA THE HOTEL IS UNION ENVIRONMENT
OPERA CLOUD PMS experience is required.
Have also experience in Food and Beverage operations and Front Office operations.
Strong leadership, team‑building, and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software.
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
