Seasonal Minor League Athletic Trainer - Baseball Medicine

The Boston Red Sox are seeking a Minor League Seasonal Assistant Athletic Trainer to provide care and management of injuries and illnesses, beginning mid-May 2026 until the end of the Minor League Affiliate Season. Responsibilities include athlete monitoring, documentation within the MLB EMR system, and coordination of infection control duties. Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) or enrollment in a CAATE accredited program is required. This role offers a unique learning opportunity within a professional sports medicine team and is based in Worcester, Massachusetts.
