Job Description
Provide athletic training services for all home Noble High School athletic contests and away varsity football games; also other contests at the discretion of the Athletic Administrator.
Provide injury, preventative treatment (taping, ice/heat, conditioning, etc.) and injury evaluation for Noble athletes.
Act as liaison between family physicians and specialists, the school district, athletes, and their parents.
Maintain accurate records of injuries, treatments, and provide insurance claim forms for sports injuries treated by a physician.
Administer pre-concussion testing and return to play protocol.
Complete registration for athletes who sign up to play sports.
Provide coaches and athletic director with a list of athletes medically eligible to compete under district and state rules and regulations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (or beyond) in a health related field.
Must be BOC certified and possess or be in the process of acquiring licensure from the state of Maine (State of Maine certification).
