Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced
Travel Nurse Trainer
(RN or APRN) to train, mentor, and develop our team of travel and junior nurses across multiple spa locations. This role is
primarily remote (80%)
but includes
20% travel
to provide hands‑on training, skills assessments, and mentorship in person. You’ll play a key role in ensuring consistent, high‑quality care across all locations while supporting growth and development of our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and deliver training materials for new and existing nurses.
Conduct virtual coaching sessions and onsite hands‑on training.
Mentor and supervise junior nurses, RNs, and APRNs for consistent quality.
Monitor performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure compliance with spa protocols and safety standards.
Collaborate with spa leadership to identify training needs and implement improvements.
Travel to spa locations for in‑person training and mentorship (20% of time).
Qualifications:
Licensed RN or APRN (LPNs not eligible)
Hands‑on experience with aesthetic procedures: injectables, microneedling, laser treatments, facials, chemical peels, or other med spa procedures
Strong teaching, mentoring, and coaching skills
Comfortable with
80% remote work and 20% travel
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work as a 1099/W9 contractor
