Position Summary
We are hiring licensed
Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs)
in Florida to provide hands‑on therapy services under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist. This opportunity is focused on outpatient care within senior living communities. Key Responsibilities
Carry out individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
Assist residents with regaining skills related to daily living, mobility, and fine motor function
Track and document resident progress and report changes to the OT
Educate residents and caregivers on therapy techniques and strategies
Communicate with the care team to ensure coordinated, goal‑driven care
Maintain documentation in compliance with Florida state and federal guidelines
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
Senior living or similar experience preferred
Ability to be accredited by all insurance payers
CPR certification (as required by facility or state regulations)
Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
Compassionate, resident‑focused, and collaborative mindset
