Overview
Full-time personal assistant / caregivers in the Ocean County NJ area.
Assist with day to day and live-in roles. They assist with medication reminders, companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation. Have ability to stay over night with notice.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
Daily Assistance:
Medication reminders, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
Mobility:
Helping with transfers, exercises, and transportation to appointments.
Companionship:
Engaging in activities, safety checks, and social interaction.
Administrative/Scheduling:
Managing daily schedules and running errands.
Common Qualifications & Requirements
Experience:
Generally 1+ years of personal assistant or home health care experience preferred.
Certifications:
Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) or PCA certification is often required.
Skills:
Strong communication, compassion, and reliability.
Logistics:
Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle often required for transport duties.
