Night position from 7 PM to 7 AM, 7 days on, 7 days off.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift position in a 16-bed ICU unit. Nurses will be responsible for providing high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients, monitoring their conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities
Monitor and manage patient care in an ICU setting.
Administer medication and treatments as prescribed.
Document patient conditions and updates accurately in medical records.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care and treatment options.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Active RN license in the state of Louisiana.
Prior experience in an ICU setting is preferred.
Must be willing to accept positions only from Joint Commission accredited agencies.
