Requirements
Must have Texas LPN/LVN or Multi-State Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) License
Must have BLS certification by the American Heart Association
Must have IV certification
Minimum of 2 years experience working as Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) within the last 3 years.
