Shift: Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM (40 hrs/wk); other hours/schedule as needed. NO WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS
Job Summary: This position is located off-campus in Lexington, KY at UK Bluegrass Care Clinic in Beaumont Center. The University of Kentucky’s Division of Infectious Diseases specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of conditions. The Bluegrass Care Clinic serves as one of four federally funded Ryan White HIV Clinics in Kentucky. The clinic’s mission is to provide high-quality, multidisciplinary HIV primary care in a compassionate, culturally sensitive manner. The Nurse Clinical Ambulatory provides disease‑specific patient care to patients within the clinic, including skilled assessments, patient education, clinical care delivery, and basket management. The role involves caring for patients with acute and chronic health events, developing and implementing care plans, and working under time constraints in a busy ambulatory setting with a patient‑centered focus on quality, safety, and service. Knowledge of enterprise, nursing, departmental policies, protocols, and procedures is required.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities: Basic computer knowledge, MS Windows, Word, Outlook, EPIC.

Preferred Education/Experience: ADN or BSN.
