Position Summary
Join our team in a flexible, self-scheduled PRN role where you can pick up shifts that fit your availability while making a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents. This position is ideal for licensed nurses and caregivers seeking work-life balance, supplemental income, or the opportunity to stay engaged in patient care without a fixed schedule. You’ll be part of a supportive, team-driven environment focused on delivering exceptional service and personalized care.
What You’ll Do
Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in alignment with individualized care plans
Support daily living activities including mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and comfort (CNA/MA roles)
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and scope of practice (RN/LPN/MA roles)
Monitor, document, and communicate changes in resident condition to the care team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents and team members
What We're Looking For
Active Nebraska license or certification applicable to role (RN, LPN, CNA, or Medication Aide)
Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality care
