About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Window & Door Installer to join our network as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in high-quality craftsmanship, works efficiently, and values customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Install, replace, and service residential and/or commercial windows and doors
Measure job sites accurately and ensure proper fit and sealing
Remove existing windows/doors and dispose of materials as needed
Apply insulation, flashing, and weatherproofing to meet industry standards
Identify and communicate any structural or installation issues
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Interact professionally with customers and represent the company well
Qualifications
Proven experience installing windows and doors (2+ years preferred)
Strong knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials
Ability to read and interpret work orders and measurements
Must supply own tools and transportation
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
General liability insurance required (or ability to obtain)
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
