Responsibilities
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum

Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in preschool‑aged children
Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development
Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to create a positive learning environment
Skills
Proficiency in lesson planning and curriculum development
Experience working with infants, toddlers and preschool-aged children
Knowledge of childhood development and literacy education
Ability to work with students with diverse needs, including autism
Previous experience in a daycare or classroom setting is preferred, though not required.
