Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
Passion for evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
Compensation
$87,000 - $105,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives, with additional compensation opportunities for certifications.
