Responsibilities
Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine individual needs and preferences.
Utilize various massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management strategies.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy to provide informed treatment.
Create personalized treatment plans based on patient assessments and feedback.
Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a med spa setting when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of treatments provided and client progress.
Experience
Proven experience as a Massage Therapist in a clinical or spa environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology.
Demonstrated skills in customer service and patient assessment.
Familiarity with various massage techniques including deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy is highly desirable.
Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment while maintaining professionalism at all times.
