On Call Shifts Available : 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am
Wage rate : $18.36 to $22.95 per hour commensurate with experience.

About Westminster at Lake Ridge
Westminster at Lake Ridge is a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community serving older adults in three levels of service: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and a Health Center. Our team of roughly 270 employees serves a population of over 400 residents on 62 acres that back up to the Occoquan reservoir. Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED; 1 to 3 years of clinical nursing experience; Certified Nursing Assistant certificate required or equivalent education and experience. Proficiency in written and verbal communication, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, and knowledge of restorative and medical nursing principles.
Job Summary:
This position is primarily responsible for providing general medical and restorative care for residents daily. Responsibilities include interacting directly with residents, assisting with daily living needs, monitoring vital signs, providing comfort, transportation, motivating residents to meet their goals, and documenting all care provided.
