Field Service Technician – HVAC / Critical Cooling Systems

Key Responsibilities
Perform startup, commissioning, and service of thermal, Chillers and HVAC systems
Execute preventative maintenance and manage service schedules
Conduct on-site quality checks for installations
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, refrigeration, and electrical systems
Provide technical support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to improve system performance and reliability
Participate in an on-call rotation as needed
Travel approximately 50% nationwide
Qualifications
EPA 608 Certification (required)
Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, or mechanical systems service
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical and mechanical components
Working knowledge of:
Refrigeration theory
Hydronic systems
Basic electrical circuit analysis
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self‑starter with the ability to work independently and on a team
