We’re currently looking for a
Dental Assistant
to join our
MidWest Dental
team in
Boone, IA . This is your chance to bring your clinical skills, upbeat energy, and patient‑first mindset to a team that supports and celebrates you.
Schedule
Mon‑Thurs 7:45a - 5:00p
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist during exams and procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
Sterilize and prepare instruments and treatment rooms following infection control protocols
Educate patients on oral hygiene, post‑treatment care, and dental procedures
Maintain accurate patient records and update charts
Help support the front office as needed
Qualifications
Current CPR/BLS certification
Strong communication and commitment to excellent patient care
Knowledge of dental terminology, infection control protocols, and OSHA/HIPAA standards
Compensation
$19.00 - $22.00/hr
