Job Summary
We’re hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for a remote position supporting clients through virtual therapy. You’ll help clients process life stressors, improve coping skills, address mental health symptoms, and follow a treatment plan that supports steady clinical progress.
Responsibilities
Deliver therapy services using a secure telehealth system
Complete intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
Develop treatment plans tailored to client needs
Provide support for behavioral, emotional, and social challenges
Maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
Refer clients to additional resources when clinically appropriate
Qualifications
Active Utah LCSW license
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
Clinical experience providing therapy or behavioral health services
Strong documentation and telehealth communication skills
Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday
Comfortable using electronic health records and virtual care platforms
