What You’ll Do
As a Line Lead, you’ll be responsible for leading your production line to success:
Supervise and motivate your team to hit goals
Inspect products regularly to ensure quality
Train and coach line workers in best practices
Manage documentation and maintain accuracy with WMS systems
Collaborate with other leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions
Uphold safety, GMP, and company standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, WMS experience a plus)
Able to lift 20 lbs, stand/walk for long periods, and work in varying temperatures
High School Diploma (GED or 3+ years production/warehouse experience preferred)
