We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and marketing-savvy Leasing Consultant to join our team at a brand-new lease-up community in Conroe. This is an exciting opportunity for a leasing professional with strong marketing skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive leasing activity and meet occupancy goals during lease-up
Provide exceptional customer service to prospects and residents
Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment homes
Follow up with leads and manage the leasing pipeline
Process applications and assist with move-ins
Maintain strong knowledge of pricing, availability, and market trends
Actively market and promote the property through outreach, social media, local partnerships, and events
Assist with creating and executing marketing strategies to increase traffic and visibility
Qualifications:
Previous leasing experience required (lease-up experience preferred)
Strong sales and closing skills
Professional, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Familiarity with property Resman management software is a plus
