CNC Press Brake Machine Operator–2ndshift Monday – Thursday | 4-Day Work Week

We are currently seeking a dependable CNC Press Brake Machine Operator to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC press brake equipment to form metal components according to engineering specifications and production requirements. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help maintain efficient workflow, ensure accurate parts, and support on‑time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Follow and execute sequenced instructions, work orders, and blueprints to produce parts that meet specifications.

Perform proper machine start-up and shutdown procedures.

Set up, load, and operate press brake or punch press equipment according to production requirements.

Monitor part quality by evaluating dimensions and identifying defects, making adjustments as necessary.

Use metal finishing tools such as grinders and abrasives to meet surface finish requirements.

Safely operate material handling equipment including cranes, positioners, magnets, and hooks.

Utilize fixtures, templates, and other material control devices to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all company safety policies.

Assist with additional production tasks as needed to support manufacturing operations.

Participate in maintaining the

organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the work environment .

Read and write in English to complete

operational documentation and preventive maintenance requirements .

Qualifications

Ability to successfully complete forming and general shop assessments within the first week of employment.

Ability to read and interpret basic drawings and work instructions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate manufacturing equipment safely.

Previous metal forming or press brake experience preferred, but not required.
