Maintenance Technician
Hillcrest Health & Rehab – Bellevue, NE
Starting at $19.00+ per hour (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
You’ll be the go-to problem solver, helping maintain a safe and comfortable environment by:
Completing preventative maintenance tasks to keep systems running smoothly
Performing general repairs including drywall, painting, plumbing, and electrical
Troubleshooting HVAC systems and facility equipment
Assisting with move-ins and setting up equipment for resident care
Responding to and completing work orders in a timely manner
Accurately documenting completed work and maintenance logs
Participating in an on-call rotation as needed
What We’re Looking For
At least one year of experience in building or facility maintenance
HVAC knowledge strongly preferred
Valid driver’s license required
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
