Job Summary:
The primary responsibility of a Yard Laborer is to assist in the mobilization and demobilization to and from jobsites, as well as the setup, installation, removal, and teardown of equipment at jobsites and the branch. The Laborer will also serve as a working team member and individual contributor to the overall team’s success.
Typical Duties and Responsibilities:
Setupandteardownequipmentandsystemsforassigned joboperations
Load,unloadandtransportmaterialsandequipmentto/fromjobsites
Moveand/ormaintainpumps,compressors,generators,hosesandotherequipment
Maintainandcomplete allnecessarypaperworkpercompanyprocedure
Completeminorrepairsofequipmentonsite aswellaspreventivemaintenanceonassigned vehicles or equipment as directed and as required
Clean,organizeandmaintainjobsitesasrequired
Clean,organizeandmaintainyardandshopareasasrequired
Performothertasksandduties asrequested
Adheretoapplicablecompanyandregulatoryagencyenvironmental,healthandsafety standards
EnsurethatTheMersinoWayisaguidingdocumentinalldailyactivities
Qualifications:
Highschooldiplomaor equivalent
Possessavaliddriver’slicense
AbilitytoobtainavalidDOTMedical Card
Ability to work long hours in extreme weather
