Endocrinologist needed in Roswell, New Mexico
- Located 200 miles from Albuquerque, NM; 180 miles from Las Cruces, NMPosition Details:Full-time, permanent positionRequirements:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) Degree
- Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology Fellowship
- New Mexico license to practice medicineExamine, diagnose, and provide comprehensive medical treatment for patients with hormonal imbalances, thyroid conditions, osteoporosis, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, and other endocrine disorders. Counsel patients on endocrinology disorders and their background. Order tests and interpret the results of imaging studies. Prescribe and/or administer treatment and
the behavioral and cognitive side effects of treatment and medication. Order supportive care services for patients. Liaise with medical professionals in the community and hospitals. Keep up-to-date with endocrinology developments, treatment, and
