Technician
Perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics, and complex repairs on equipment in the safest, most effective way possible to avoid downtime.

Primary fleet includes aerial work platforms, general construction tools, and various specialty lines such as large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC systems, and oil/gas equipment.

Responsibilities

Preventive maintenance of fleet equipment.

Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting of hydraulic and electrical systems.

Complex repairs and component replacement.

Assisting in the development of company service standards.

Adhering to safety and quality procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training preferred.

Five or more years of technician experience with diesel, heavy equipment, or specialty line equipment (large‑scale generators, pumps, HVAC, or oil & gas).

Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting.

Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.

Ability to be flexible with changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Proficiency in providing own tools of the trade.

Physical Demands
Bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors and outdoors as required by the job.

Compensation
Base pay range: $26.46 – $36.37 per hour. Starting rate may vary based on position, location, education, training, and experience.
