Responsibilities
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will serve as a key support resource for Team Members across the park, helping foster a positive, respectful, and engaging workplace. In this entry‑level role, you will assist with employee concerns, provide guidance on policies, and support the Employee Relations team in maintaining a strong workplace culture built on fairness, consistency, and communication. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to break into Human Resources with no prior experience required.

How You Will Do It

Serve as a first point of contact for Team Member questions and basic concerns

Assist in documenting employee relations matters and maintaining accurate records

Support investigations by gathering information and coordinating meetings as needed

Help ensure compliance with company policies and workplace standards

Provide general guidance to Team Members on policies, procedures, and expectations

Assist with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture efforts

Partner with leadership to promote a positive and inclusive work environment

Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive informationSupport administrative tasks related to Employee Relations functions

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and grow in a Human Resources role

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar systems)

Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

No prior experience required; entry-level opportunity

Other Notes

All other duties as assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole
