KH Industries is seeking to fill the position of Support Clerk in our Accounting Department. As an Accounting Clerk at KH Industries, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks to support our operations. Your primary responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices and performing regular reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work with a team in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Create and manager customer invoices and ensure timely collection of payments.
Follow up with customers regarding past due invoices.
Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Accurately enter all transactions into the business system including purchases, payments and invoices.
Process invoices, match purchase orders with invoices, and ensure timely payment to vendors.
Provide administrative support to the finance team, including document management and responding to internal and external inquiries.
Education and Skills
High School diploma is required.
Understanding of basic accounting principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within our finance team.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient with Excel and other computer software programs.
