The Practice:$430,500 Base Salary + Sign-On Bonus$50,000 Sign-On Bonus with 3-year commitmentCall 1:6; CRNAs take first callCall from home8 Weeks’ Vacation TimeMonday-Friday, 7a-3p -Average 16 cases per dayNo CRNA supervision; do your own casesBread and butter; no trauma or cardiacHospital employed positionCompetitive compensation package including guaranteed base salarySigning bonus, relocation reimbursement, 8 weeks of PTO, CME and paid malpracticeComprehensive benefits, including health, life, dental, disability and retirement
