Supply Chain Analytics Analyst – Franklin, Indiana
Overview
Support the Franklin, Indiana facility by performing advanced Excel analysis, reporting, and data visualization using Power BI to transform demand, order, and inventory data into actionable insights. Engage with Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into clear analytics. Build and maintain automated, refreshable dashboards and reports to inform fast‑paced manufacturing decisions.
Responsibilities
Provide analytical support for system and planning discussions, including demand, backorders, inventory, and ERP data inquiries
Partner closely with Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, actionable analytics
Perform data preparation, modeling, and validation to support automated, refreshable, and scalable reporting solutions
Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and analytical reports supporting demand, orders, inventory, and cycle count activities
Qualifications
Degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, a closely related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
ASCM CSCP, CPIM, or similar certification
Strong analytical and data visualization skills in Excel and Power BI, with familiarity in planning/ERP tools such as QAD/Mfg Pro
Experience in supply chain, MRP, or materials planning, supporting manufacturing or factory operations through analytics or operational collaboration
Excellent communicator comfortable sharing insights with stakeholders
Skills and Competencies
Business Process Improvement: Ability to identify, evaluate, and implement more efficient approaches to business processes.
Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in root‑cause analysis, quantifying trade‑offs, and using diverse analytical tools.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Skill in evaluating options, validating decisions, and influencing stakeholders.
Supply Chain Management – MFG: Knowledge of supply chain functions, controls, and strategy development.
Compensation
Salary range: $89,210.00 – $133,810.00 (subject to location, experience, and performance). Total compensation may include annual bonuses.
