
Project Scheduler Nuclear Projects II

CTG is seeking a Project Scheduler to support nuclear and engineering projects by developing, maintaining, and analyzing detailed project schedules. This role is critical to ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera (P6) and Passport
Support planning and execution of refueling outages, forced outages, and online maintenance projects
Analyze schedule performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
Track progress against baseline schedules and support cost and schedule forecasting
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment
Manage critical path, float, and resource loading to optimize project execution
Assist with work package planning, prioritization, and execution readiness
Provide clear schedule reporting and updates to stakeholders and leadership
Required Skills
Strong proficiency with Primavera P6 and scheduling methodologies (CPM)
Solid understanding of project controls, budgeting, and performance tracking
Ability to analyze complex schedules and identify conflicts or delays
Knowledge of nuclear, energy, or heavy industrial project environments preferred
Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field
OR
Associate’s degree + 2 years of technical experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED + 4 years of technical experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $87.00 to $94.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
