Job Overview
At Residential Home Health and Hospice ("Residential"), we’re looking to add to our extraordinary care team. We are seeking a full‑time Registered Nurse in Belleville and surrounding areas. You will receive up to $15,000 in bonus potential, including a $10,000 first‑year success bonus and an additional $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid within the first 18 months of employment. To receive these bonuses, you must be in good standing and meet performance expectations in your role and status for which you were hired.

Qualifications

RN license in the state where you work.

Graduate from an approved school of practical nursing.

One year of RN experience and clinical competence to deliver quality patient care.

Current driver’s license and ability to spend about 20% of your day driving to/from patient locations.

Commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting.

The skills needed to self‑manage your time and schedule.

Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software.

Additional Notes
Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.
