Rosebud Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Prairie Band Health Services, and IHS are seeking experienced Medical Laboratory Technicians or Clinical Laboratory Scientists to support the Hospital staff. Position Overview
The MLT or CLS will provide clinical laboratory services in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic testing in chemistry, hematology, blood bank, urinalysis, serology, and microbiology, with occasional assistance in phlebotomy.
Employees should be proficient in the use of laboratory analyzers and equipment, including running quality controls, performing calibrations, and applying professional judgments when evaluating complex or non‑routine laboratory results. Experience working in a hospital or primary care outpatient clinic and familiarity with Electronic Health Record systems is preferred.

Prairie Band, LLC is subject to Title 22: Employment Code of the Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation. In accordance with Title 22, this position is designated as a TIER 2 position. Preference will be given to individuals to the extent required pursuant to Section 22-2-4(B).
Requirements
Minimum of associate’s degree in medical technology. Bachelors in a related field preferred
Valid ASCP certification or equivalent required
2‑3 years’ experience as a MLT or CLS in a Hospital Medical Lab
Hospital experience
Phlebotomy skills
Computer Charting experience
Experience providing care to patients within a rural area
Must be a US citizen
Active Basic Life Support (BLS)
Must be willing to pass Federal Security Clearance
Immunization records will be required
