*Responsibilities*
* Handle residential real estate transactions, including contract drafting, review, and closings
* Communicate with clients, lenders, agents, and title professionals
* Manage files independently with staff support
* Assist with estate planning or probate matters as needed
* Build and manage your own book of business (with revenue bonus)
*Compensation & Benefits*
* *Base Salary: $70,000*
* *Plus 15% of revenue generated from your own clients*
