We are contracting with licensed mental health therapists ( LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT ) across multiple states, including Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Alabama, and California. Therapists will be matched with clients based on their active state licensure.
You’ll provide virtual therapy to clients navigating complex life challenges. Do the work you love from home—no commute, no office politics, and no rigid schedules.

We are especially looking for therapists who are passionate about second chances, fresh starts, and helping people move forward—aligned with a trauma-informed, strengths-based approach rather than requiring prior justice-involved clinical experience.
What You’ll Do
Provide remote therapy services to clients facing complex life challenges
Support clients in building coping skills, resilience, accountability, and long-term stability
Help individuals move toward meaningful reintegration and personal growth
What We Provide
Steady stream of client referrals—no need to market yourself
Full administrative support (billing, scheduling, and intake coordination)
Flexible caseload so you can design your ideal workload
Requirements
Active mental health license in at least one of the following states: Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Alabama, or California
Accepted licenses include: LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC
Commitment to trauma-informed, client-centered care
Comfortable with telehealth platforms
Passion for supporting growth, accountability, and second chances
Experience with justice impacted individuals is a plus, but not required
