Interface directly with suppliers to collect required data and documentations, ensuring compliant setup and “Ready for Business” status for accurate purchasing.**Role & Responsibilities*** **Supplier Onboarding & Compliance:**
Manage the end-to-end onboarding of new third-party suppliers in accordance with Varian and Siemens-Healthineers Compliant Procure-to-Pay Guidelines, into both Varian & SHS Vendor Management System, with close collaboration with Strategic and Operational Procurement, Supplier Quality, Legal, and Business Stakeholders.* **Vendor Lifecycle Management:** Lead the ticket management process for the entire vendor lifecycle, including New Third-Party Vendor Onboardings, Periodic Re-evaluations, and Disengagements.* **Supplier Engagement:** Directly interface with third-party suppliers to collect essential data and documentation, ensuring a compliant setup and
the "ready for business" qualification status to guarantee the accurate purchasing processes.* **Data Integrity & SAP Optimization:** Drive the improvement of Supplier Master Data quality in SAP and Varian/SHS Data Management System by review purchasing and accounting documents and proactively initiate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders where necessary.* **Team Support:** Act as the primary point of contact for Strategic and Operational Procurement teams regarding vendor-related ticket handling and process troubleshooting.* **Training & Enablement:** Conduct occasional training sessions on the Vendor Management System for business users and the Strategic Procurement team to ensure process adherence.**Job Requirements:*** **Software Proficiency:** Confident in utilizing business tools, specifically Microsoft Outlook and Excel.* **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.* **Language Skills:** Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required. Knowledge of German or other European languages is considered an advantage.* **Organization:** Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.* **Analytical Thinking:** Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify discrepancies, and ensure high levels of accuracy.* **Process Management**: Ability to understand and navigate complex end-to-end processes, ensuring seamless workflow integration across different departments.* **Discretion:** Ability to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and vendor matters.* **Mindset:** A collaborative team player with a solution-oriented approach and a proactive "can-do" attitude.* **Experience:** Previous experience in Purchasing or Procurement, Master Data Management or Order To Cash is beneficial but not mandatory.* **Systems Knowledge:** Experience with SAP (Procurement/Finance modules) or other ERP systems is an advantage.#LI-Hybrid
