
Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to work closely with the CFO and manage all financial reporting for the company. The role will need to work with subsidiaries in China, India and UK, Netherlands. The individual will also manage all business intelligence reporting and work with other departments to setup automatic reports and KPI’s.
Prepares and reviews GAAP financial statements for Board reporting and lender compliance
Consolidates and analyzes subsidiary financial statements, including variances from budget, prior year periods, and trends
Assist with month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses
Manage and report KPIs through visualizations to executives and cross-functional teams
Assist with the annual planning process, forecasting and strategic planning – with a focus on operating expenses and headcount related reporting and metrics
Become a subject matter expert and report designer in workday adaptive insights and DOMO
Special projects as assigned by manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 5 years in a Finance Analyst role
Solid knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
Familiar with SQL to query tables and manipulate data
Solid analytical and research skills with attention to detail
Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Collaborative problem-solving skills, including recommendation and implementation of improvements
Strong understanding of fundamental accounting controls and financial reporting procedures with the ability to apply these skills
Work schedule is currently hybrid-remote; required work in-office Mon & Tues per week
